G'day, auntymal here.
At home, "Heaven, north of Gotham City", I'm surrounded by ST owning riding mates, sadly I find 'em (bike) a tad heavy for my broken/repaired body!...smooth and swift otherwise...therefore my "ST" is a horse of a different colour. Nevertheless, I've noticed ST owners actually RIDE their motorcycle. Always a pretty good start! I've done a couple of Iron Butts on my bike. one @ 2217k the other @ 2523k (forgive the 'vanity' but they took a lot outa me!)...everyone should do what make's 'em happy, and going for a ride is a bloody good start! I also help out with the Thunder Rally aiding the Spinal unit, and received generous support here when I approached the powers that be inviting participation etc. Thanks guys. I'm also a keen fisho, and love nothing better than combining a good ride with a fishing expedition! Finally, I contribute to CycleTorque magazine where I'm thrown the keys to a nice modern bike or two, from time to time. The 'work' is pro-bono as they help out with support for the Spinal Unit etc. Looking forward to the warming weather and clear runs through the hills.
sun & corners, aunty :runyay

...thanks lads! awesome welcome!...er...I 'do' ride an ST, but, truthfully it is a 'horse of a different colour', much smaller in weight and capacity than a 'real ST'!...as all my 'real ST' riding mates are quick to point out!...ha ha... >:()

..ha ha! In my case it doesn't happen very often! 99% fishing, 1% catching! The two boys in the middle of the pictures, Bear, (scowling) and Munty (surprized) are a classic example=Bear is the best fisho in Newcastle, Munty, (also from Canberra) likes it but, gets distracted by a good time, nevertheless he caught 3 while erecting his tent!!! (the reason why Bear has that 'look'=disgusted!)...and..we couldn't believe our eyes!!!

Welcome from the west :hatwave
Remember going fishing is not about catching fish otherwise it would be called catching. Riding is not about the destination but the journey! :think1
