Was out and about again on the weekend and ended up with a funny looking load to tow home with the ST.
So it got me to thinking, who else out there ( and yes Wot thuh there would be a few of you ) has ended up carrying or towing something that was a bit funny or just looked plain weird.
Here was my load from the weekend, and it certainly attracted lot's of attention and a few un-warranted comments about reliability issues from passer-bye's.

:think1 It would have had a few advantages if needed though..........
Post up your experience's and don't forget the photo's.

Back in April 2009 while living in Karratha, WA I took this just north of Nanutarra road housewhile stopping beside the road to add my spare fuel.
Heather and I planned a trip down Perth to see my sis but I had to go on my own in the end.
Before I could head back from Perth I needed a new rear tyre so it was over to the Honda dealer in Rockingham. After the tyre was fitted I went to the shopping centre for lunch. I ended up walking past the Reject shop and saw a portable air con priced at $200. The same unit in Karratha was $600 from another branch. A phone call to Heather to let her know that it will take me a little longer to get back up to Karratha.

I haven't done it on the ST, but on the Suzuki GS1000 I have tied a bicycle to the gearsack rack cross ways, and carried a sway bar in its box for a Holden ute strapped down the side of the bike..sort of limited being able to use the leg that side (well, I only had one leg to balance the bike when stopped) but I got home.

Ok it wasn't an ST but it was a motorcycle. 74 kg cod.
