...as for moi gotta admit I wasn't all that impressed :o however, 220kg and 22.7 lts of fuel :thumb, adjustable bars and foot rests :thumbsup...but I had the same thoughts when I first saw a sat on a Norge :)...then the world shattered when I rode it :(...then on the other hand it's V4 :)...but it has a cross plane crank :(...yep, the jury's out ya Honour, will have to wait and see :o
Just a thought, the can :)

Its got a chain, end of story....
-
Just one more reason to stay with the ST
:bl11

It looks like a decent machine, it reminds me a little of the BMW R1100RS but with chain instead.

Doesn't float my boat! $30K USD :eek

Its got a chain, end of story....

Bet the panniers don't hold a full face helmet either :p

No shaft, no Honda emblem..........game over.

Triump should have a 1200 triple with shaft drive and integrated cruise, traction etc. Check out the drivetrain on their 1200 GS competitor. Smallish tank though.

Nope dont like it. :well
I find it hard to take a suit telling me how great a bike is especially when they are showing riding heights etc when its sitting on a paddock stand. :think1
Needless to say tho, i do like the adjustable risers and peg idea but im sure we could prefab something for our STeeds :think1

Mornin' All...
Will have to check out the Trump as l had the 900 Trophy as possible contender in '97 before l got the ST. ::)
Laurie don't U mean Adnoh?
Anyway l think the Motus will not only be hot on ya knees but it'll much more hotter than 30k in the hip pocket...hell l'd have to sell a few bikes to pay for it and l couldn't do that...coz he who dies wiv the most bikes wins...right :p
Have a Happy New Year Guys.
Ciao, the can :)

...Though I think it's about as hideous as the street fighter variant ST1100 I saw at P.I. a few years back...however...it is precisely what I believe Sonny Barger would have insisted on for the Big Red Machine if he was to have his time over again...right colour and all :eek
Eirual...on a side note...I am coming under the pump a bit to reveal the aquamarine bread box sooner than later...I have to fit it anyway to 'trim' most of the painstaking repairs I've made to it's centre band >:(...like it's creators at Meriden in 1968; what works in isolation doesn't necessarily mean it'll work insitu...the flamin' top triple clamp fouls it on either lock...bugger Trumps (even the ones from Hinckley)...I'm stayin' with the 1100 until me arse migrates to me knees thus preventing my toes from reaching the ground :thumb
Gotta go hours of trimming, sanding, filling, priming...etc,etc....before the year runs out on me.
Ho roo, the can :)

Ok, some links to the Trumpy. Only a 950w alternator - I demand 1000w at least on the ST version!
