Well this Border Run very nearly didn't happen.  :o After weeks of planning  :CB-- , seeing what other people had planned  :phone and organizing time off, the day was nearly upon us. Very very excited  :runyay  loaded the panniers polished the visor checked all the gear. Early night in bed and trying to get to sleep. I didnt know that 3.30 in the morning existed. Alarm bells rand and up and at them. Dressed to kill kissed the better half goodbye and mounted the STead. pushed the start button and you guessed it nothing not even a clicking sound. rolled it down the driveway and it coughed and stopped. Next minute the better half was pushing and up and down the street we went. Nothing. :cuss :cuss Gave up and pushed it back to the ute and I start taking off the plastic to get the battery to jump start it. All done and going but I look around and there she is in her dressing gown and ugg boots.  :eek :eek Mind you she had a few choice words to say but she is a LEGEND in my books. I can see a new chrissy present coming up of a new dressing gown with WOMBATS PIT CREW on the back!

You need to do the jumper lead mod, just remove the seat plug in and away you go..

Streak she has been out on a few rides with me so I might go the whole hog and order an OZSTOC shirt.
