Well I guess that I am getting bored again the only project that I have going at the moment since finishing the trailer build, is modifying the exhaust on the royal star in order to quieten it down a bit , and that is coming along quite well as Yorkie has donated a couple of old ST mufflers for to be sacrificed to the job.
Now I am Looking for a project bike to rebuild.
What I am hoping to find is something that is mostly complete but has possibly been laid up and forgotten about for some time and needs possibly a total rebuild , mechanically etc. I hope to find something that does not have much plastic in the form of fairings etc.
I wont mind spending some dollars for the acquisition.. and picking it up if it is within a days drive or so. ie perhaps even Perth or surrounds.
This could be good as it will give me an excuse to get out of the house for a few days or so.
Not that I really need one, as I am the boss here, but sometimes I think That the boys would enjoy a few days of quiet without me.
If anyone has an old bike in their shed or garage and wants to quit it please let me know.
It might just be what I am looking for.

Hi Wizz yes I guess that one could call it a bit of a spoof especially as it comes from one that lives in , the land down under.
All I can say is that the designation of uk. was given to me when hotmail assigned. the address.
The meontop was my idea cos I was tired of occasionaly being at the butt end ie.(being shat on)
So I have rebelled.
