This will be the first one I have done that I am not on the bike John.  I will take the lead car this year.

Yeah mate.  Unfortunately it had to come sooner or later, but we'll get there. 

We've even changed the route again to make it a little more interesting.

Wet roads, rain up until about an hour before hand, and still about 300 riders turned out for the Salvos.   :thumbs to all Townsville riders that said stuff the elements and showed their support. 

It was different being in the cage this year, but many smiling faces at the end showed the enjoyment of all riders.
