How magic is this??? is this designed to give shade for the Bike or the rider??? and who cares which it is??

It looks very much like the Redverz Gear Series 2 Tent (http://ozstoc.com/index.php?topic=1492.0)
It would be interesting to see a side by side comparison... :think1
