Temporary citizen, I'd reckon. 
Certainly a very stable machine.  The fluttering band in front of the camera would bug me, even if it wasn't in my line of sight.

I've tried to replicate that, but unfortunately my bike doesn't go that fast, I get to 140 kph and my bike says "Stop it and wake up to yourself" and as we know "she who must be obeyed"

And I mean the bike not the missus.
