Top 10 Bike Fails Loading Unloading (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2EfBPgwi8E#ws)

I just cringe watching those. Some people have zero imagination. The only one with any luck was number 2. The rest were luckless and stupid.
Especially the ATV/ Quad brigade.
Although, none of them were buried under their machine the way you'd expect, so I guess that's dumb luck!

I agree. It would seem that not a single one of them actually thought through the concept that the center of the bike would be too close to the point at which the ramp meets the trailer, so the thing that hit was the lowest point of the engine/gearbox!!! and not much will move one of them around!!! Dumb cretins!!

The front of the vehicle was lower than the rear in most cases. This is why we have loading ramps that you reverse up to.
A lower vehicle would have made it heaps easier too.

Yep the angle of the ramp where it contacts the ute is to great therefore the bike bottoms out and forward movement stalls and off they come.
Some of the clips had enough people standing around to lift the thing into the ute.

This is one I would not like to do. You see the fellows in the bike shop make it look so easy
I helped a mate load his FJR1300 on a RACQ tilt tray once. Two of us waited on the tray and he road up to us
and we balanced him till the tray was lowered so we could move the bike to the front to be tied down :thumbs
