Title: Hello Oztoc members from Toowoomba area
Post by: BeSTy on November 03, 2013, 09:18:26 PM: Hi guys & girl's. Really nice site you have here.

I've got a 2006 ST that bought 2nd handing a few years back. It had been treated pretty badly, had chips down the side from a slow drop, paint overspray all over it, was dirty and the owner was a grub. Instead of walking away I took pity on the poor girl and rescued her. She came home with me and I polished her up and weve been best friends eversince.

She still bears the physical scars of her past but beneath the rough exterior lies an exceptional motorbike.The ST is a faithful steed if there ever was one.

I don't get her out as much as I'd like to but we did a great trip up to Darwin and back in July. I filmed a lot of it with a GoPro and I'll post a few vids on YouTube when I work it out.

I look forward to meeting some of you soon in here, and also out there.

She's got a Starcom, UHF, marine radio, Garmin, mechanical cruise control, tyre pressure thingos, touring seat (unknown brand) and some highway pegs. There for her. Not me....really..
