My Name is Bruce, don't ask me where the skippy comes from.
I have had my St1300 for about 6mths now and love it. Bought it new with a factory top box. The only mod I have done is fit a Heli-bar riser as I have ducks disease and the extra hight in the bars makes the ride so much more enjoyable. My previous bike was a Bandit 1250, loved the power but now the mrs want a bit more comfort. The ST seems to be a complete package.
The only gripe I have is that the wind comming off the screen hits me right in the middle of my helmet and is a bit noisy, so I will probably look to change screens.
Many thanks to Stinky Pete for the suggestions about a new screen.

I hope this will be a great place to meet like minded riders. and find some new riding partners.
My wife pointed out to me that I have had the bike longer than 6 months, closer to twelve.

I have added a couple of photos. The first is where I first found my bike sitting ion the sales room floor and the second is when I brought the bike home.
