One of the Favorite Locations for motorcycle riders, and Site of the first OzSTOC National Rally Lunch, it is a superb spot for Lunch and a catch up!

I might have to resort to the MT-01 again, as I've stripped down the ST to re-do some wiring, but it's got a bit out of hand! Now I'm looking at installing a 2nd fuse block in the front RH compartment and separating the various power drawing devices amongst 2, rather than one. Now thinking of buying and installing a Starcom and MC Cruise myself, now that it is all stripped!

Main problem now is that Lindy is less likely to want to go that far on the back of a bike that she finds too uncomfortable to go to town on, so still working on her for this short run. I'll install the airhawk and try that tactic to get her along,

My gear is not dry from yesterday washout yet and more is coming. I would have loved to go but by this forecast the enjoyment is iffy.

So the gear has been swapped to the cage and we are off at 3am to spend the weekend checking out the 2017 National Rally location, venues and rides in some detail ...... :whistle

My apologies but I'm out from tomorrow's ride. I've been off line for the last few weeks due to school work and had forgotten about the ride. I am taking students to Macquarie university tomorrow for an all day study session. Hope you have fun and once again, my apologies.

Severe thunderstorms hitting Orange now (I chickened out!), so they're on their way to Tarana now. Anyone who went might not want to be on the roads in this.

Up Early, left home 8am, beautiful riding day, liverpoool, Bringelli, Penrith, Katoomba, GREAT Jenolan Caves Road to Oberon, cut across the Mutton Falls Road and arrived Tarana 10,50am just in time to see the Country Link Train at the station. :like

Had a cooling drink (or 2) have I got the right day, I am sure it was 11am meeting. About 11.50am a storm went over and stopped at 12.10 and the sun came out again. Decided to have lunch, said HELLO to all those who didnt turn up (the place was packed with LOL who arrived on busses for lunch)  :H and 12.30 I headed off home, sure I must have had the wrong Day.  Lovely ride home, 29 degrees in Penrith, safe home 3pm.

A really nice day, sorry I did not have the flag or a camera or I could have taken a photo of one  FANTASTIC RED St out the front of the Tarana Pub.

Hi everyone. I was about to apologise for not being able to make it tomorrow as my work ute unfortunately broke down on the way home from work today. And as i need it to get me from the central coast to Goulburn on Monday, I'll be spending my Sunday getting it back on the road  :cuss
But then i just realized that it was the 6th today! So i missed it anyway!  :fp  sorry all
