Title: Esk Bakery.

I went to make use of the Esk bakery on my way through Esk the other day and noticed it was closed.
It looked as though there was work being done to the place so can only assume that it's undergoing some upgrades.
Anyone know for sure?

Yep I have been speaking with Col the Owner, they have given the old girl a make over, coat of paint, re done the floors, made more seating outside and inside, they will be able to handle a 100 ST riders no worries now   :thumb

Bugger.....wish I could be one of them, I love ESK but it's a long time since I've been there, and a bit far for a day ride! :grin

Good to see all the money we spend there being put to a good use.   :grin

Seriously, I think it's great that Col is developing the business.  He employs quite a few locals and some owners with less imagination would treat it as a cash cow rather than pouring some money back in to develop it.
