G'day , just thought I'd share what I'm doing for the Worlds Greatest Shave 2014.
On wed 12th March 11.20 am, I am booked in for a Shave on centre stage in Martin Place Syd. I intend to be in the city early sprucking around 7 sunrise, selling of 'PINK BITS', clumps of hair/beard coloured pink that havent yet been sponsored. Imagine a fool coming up asking "wanna buy my pink bits".. :fp. If I havent reached my goal by 11.20 I will have a patchwork shave, then go to Mounties club and shave the rest on the 14th, Mounties will match $ for $ I raise. When I reach my goal it will be off with the lot. read about my relationship with leukaemia on my be Brave and Shave link.

STowners, an outbreak of PINKBITS has started to overcome me, Specialists predict a rapid varying colour change before rapid TOTAL LOSS of all hair above shoulders, followed by a slow regrowth recovery.

Today I went into the city, Martin Place. I was there around 8 am, so BAD head on display I hovered around Ch 7's studio windows with my banner for my page,, my sister in law said she saw me on tv :clap all for a good cause..
11.20 I was at the amphitheater on the stage where I had random chunks cut out beard and head then colour added.. :fp here's a back view. I will post more pics when I can figure out how to get stills from video taken..

:runyay Well, thats about it, all but the shouting,( and sponsorships still open) tonight at Mounties Club I SHAVED my head and beard for Worlds Greatest Shave. Mounties will match $4$ on what I raise in total. which is $1359.00 If I can raise just $141. I will be 50% of my goal,$3000 and with Mounties matching it will take me to my GOAL.here's some more pics from tonight and Tuesday WGS events.

Having had personal assistance in 2006 when Kim, RIP, was in Royal Brisbane Hosp, and after she passed assisted me in my grieving, and 4yrs ago my own diagnosis with Blood Cancer know the value of The Leukaemia Foundations work and care they provide.I will continue my support. ++
