Peripatetic Pete
I've checked the word 'peripatetic' on the interwebbie dictionary and it gives a description and an example
"Peripatetic:
Travelling from place to place, in particular working or based in various places for relatively short periods.
example - the peripatetic nature of a bike ride following Stinky Pete."

I'd vote for that big word! ++
It's even alliterative!

I note that Abe has not bought into this, as he knows of my past life and particular set of skills 8) :whistle "Just Saying..."
So Pockey, what exactly is "WTFRWEPT". I can guess the first bit..... but the EPT has me beat. :grin

It's almost the anniversary of a minor detail in an otherwise excellent ride.
But any excuse to take the Mickey out of Petey, since he won't come to Ballarat.
-
Rather strange to change the name of someone who is now StinkyPete! I could understand is he asked :beer
No change is my informal vote
-
Hi Pete,
Seeing as how "Yewie" is already taken how about "Chucka" then we could be a matched set :grin
Just a thought!
Cheers
Dick B "Yewie"

Well - The people have spoken - RePete is the winner - May the honour of a tag name change from past endeavours be bestowed upon Stinky Pete, now to be known as RePete :clap :grin
( He was probably hoping we had forgotten :wink1 :grin)
-
The name change will occur soon, unless a request to not be renamed is forwarded along with a form 100, or two form 50, or 5 form 20
-
Thanks Brock :thumb

To my way of thinking, he's the winner here.
Who needs to explain away "Stinky" as a pseudonym? "Repete" has style.

Thank you all for the well thought out suggestions, and for the sneaky way of making this final while I was out of the country. Considering that there was just 13 votes out of 613 members, it's hardly overwhelming. However, I've become quite attached to "StinkyPete" and have no desire to change my tag. My kid's think it's very appropriate, but for very wrong reasons. :crazy
Brock, please consider this post to be a request to retain "StinkyPete" as my tag, and I've attached a "Form 100", which can be hand delivered in triplicate if needed. I now need to make some adjustments/additions to a list of names. :well
-
From one who has suffered previously..............I second your request StinkyPete! :grin

I think it might be more appropriate for a few of our LEOs in here to investigate this graft and corruption!
It was obviously a sting that worked out perfectly in public. Just a case of laying the charges now...
-
I mean, it's not as if it is a bottle of 1959 Grange is it :rofl
-
Graft and corruption occur when the process is hidden, the submission of the required forms was all done in the open, therefore no fowl, no crime.
