Hi all
I now feel ok about posting up the service for Gina that happened on 24 January 2014. Gina died suddenly on the afternoon of 12 January while I was away on the ride to the Mill breakfast in Sydney. Our wedding anniversary was on 22 January, and her birthday on 27 January, so not a great time of the year (if there is ever such a thing).
I am organising an additional service early May in Launceston, Gina's home town and where her parents are buried, for her friends and extended family down there. I have never made it to Tasmania so will probably spend some time down there just looking around at all the places Gina used to talk about.
Thanks all for the trip down to Ballarat, the great time there, and the trip back home. It all helps.

That's excellent John. Thankyou very much for sharing it with us, as your riding family.
All the best for the Tasmanian event- I think it will bring a lot of closure for you, being able to combine it with a journey to a place that has meaning for both of you.
Blessings,
Bill

John, thank you for allowing us to know Gina, albeit in a small way, through your poems. My thoughts go out to you for what must be a hard time right now, but if it helps, Patty and I met through the internet too.
Like Bill, I hope your upcoming trip helps you with your loss.
Cheers, and kindest thoughts,
Peter.
