As a newby, and condemmed to a life of quiet rural isolation here in the outback of Western Australia , one regret that I have is that in all probability I might never meet many of you . My fellow riders and followers of the fablous Honda 1100, and 1300's.
Therefore would it be possible that name tags could be attached to some of the great photos that Diesel and many others put into the posts and other write ups etc..
At least then I feel that if I ever have the good fortune to actually get to meet any of you all I will have some chance of recognising you, And possibly the same for others.
At this time i would also appoligise for not posting any pictures etc' myself but believe me I do not own a suitable camera or even know how ot operate one let alone how to handle and or send the information along.
Perhaps this is why some people think that I am a little bit compromised.

Having been through Northhampton a few times and being only about 50kms from Geraldton (Perth is around 400kms further) I would not have described it as isolated. At least not compared to places a lot further north where we had a 1600km ride from Karratha to see my sister at Kwinana
I wouldn't be to fussed about the camera thing, I take mine with me and forget to use it most of the time. Don't think I'm alone on that.

I'm the same. Unless my partner mentions it, I tend to forget I've got it with me and only think about photos after I've got home. :||||
Winston, if you have a mobile phone, they'll take a pretty good photo, then you could send it to your email address, where you can "save" it to your Pictures file in your "My Documents" . Then if you go to here: http://www.imgjoe.com/
Click on "choose file" go to where you saved your photo, then click on "UPLOAD".
When that's finished, you get a choice of what type of photo to use, whether it be a thumbnail or full size.
I always use "Show directly this image" (full size); to do that you click on
BBCode (Forums)
then copy and paste it into here.
If all that seems too confusing, ask someone who's computer savvy to read this and do it for you, and ask them to show you how they did it, even if they have to do it over a few times to get it to sink in - I'm usually at my daughter to slow her pace so this ol' geezer can follow what she's done :grin
