Title: Pannier hinge snapped off
Post by: bloodbikes on June 03, 2014, 07:19:50 PM: Hey, does anyone out there have any idea how to fix a broken pannier hinge?
It has broken on the lid side taking some plastic with it, knowing what parts cost it's going to be a new lid if I go that way, I was thinking of fitting a metal plate then fixing the hinge to that, but if anyone has had the same problem or knows a better way, I would be grateful.

I forgot about the plastex stuff.
If you can get 5 minutes call into a Toolmart store and have a look at the Plastex, they have a video in store. I think it cost about $30-$40.
