OK I have been after a Bagster for a while after having them on my last two Blackbirds.  Thinking about spending that amount of money, and other FARKLES taking priority, I have had to on the wish list as one of those things to do.  Trawling through 'fleabay' the other day, as you do, and came across a bag and cover (yes both pieces) out of Sydney that was advertised for a meager sum of money, and thought I'll give it a try to see if I can grab it. 

As usual there was somebody testing the waters with small bids every now and then, presumably hoping I wasn't that keen on it.  Well today I have been the lucky winner of a black (bike is wineberry :dred11 - so no dramas there) Bagster tank cover AND expandable bag in near new condition apparently (looks good in photos) for just over $100!!  Definitely worth a lot more than that for sure & NO it's not for sale or giveaway! 

Can't remember the last time something like this went my way - so when was your last decent score of luck and what was it?

Great buy Tack.

I saw that one, but I'm getting a blue one at Uralla. Will match the new colour after I respray.

Just last week, needed a new toner cartridge for the Laserjet, RRP $114.
Friend said he could pull in some favors and get one for $70
Thought I'd check e-bay.
1 on there for $10 - no other bidders.
Thought I was happy when I picked it up but then the seller goes, "hey you want these other 5 as well"?

No Brock. I was always gonna change the ST to blue, just the bag came up before I got it done.  :grin

Feels great when you're happy with the deal, and one like this is a steal!!

I don't think any of you could beat this deal. Bought my ST1100 for $300  :thumbs. No, didn't leave any 0s off the cost. Of course it didn't look like this when I bought it. Spent about $2000 and 18mths part time restoring it to this standard.

Goes like the clappers (as my Policeman's Ball Ticket will testify) :'(

Best bargin I ever got. Usually others that win them.

Hobs I think you're right buddy.  Nobody is gonna beat that bargain.  Getting such a STeal on a STellar machine is fantaSTic.   :-++
