The Scottalian Hotel is a country pub with good meals and a nice atmosphere. Located approximately 95km from Perth CBD up Great Northern Hwy.

Hey Pezzz hopefully I can make it.  Honda stuffing me around with this rocker cover bolt atm driving me nuts.  They ordered the wrong one in, then now the right one is on backorder. They're hoping Wednesday so if I get the bike up and running and serviced on Saturday and it's all going well, I'll come join you.

Coffee run is no problems, hanging to get out up there... but won't have the hog next weekend it'll be in the shop  :'( I'm not taking the old mans XV250 either  >:()

If all goes to plan I'll have the ST back on the road for Sunday  :thumbs

Edit: Oh and the 1100 is now gone  :'( :'(

Generally make our own way up or meet part way or organise group start. Anything can happen. Some of the guys live Southern River way so you could meet up with them if Dave's bike still out. Failing that,  meet me at Ginger's roadhouse on Great Northern Hwy around 10:00.

I made some good progress on the bike tonight, it's looking promising for Sunday and I might have my father tag along too. Blackduck we can meet up at Warnbro shops around 830 and head off from there.

We tend to have a destination, and make our own way as we are scattered all points of the compass. (tho some how, every road seems to go through Toodyay. Even if you are riding direct from Yanchep to Rotto)  Usually some one will say that they will be stopping at Gingers at (or other way point) at a certain time and a feww will arrange to meet up and ride together.

So it looks like my plans have changed.
What was a 1 day job down in Bunbury has changed to 2 day holiday as PBX not arrived .....
So looks like I will be meeting at Warnbro at 8:30 as well.
Where are the Warnbro shops? I am unfamiliar with the area.

Warnbro sound ave south of safety bay rd
just look for the shopping center full of bogan mobiles
the sort of place you check twice to make sure youve locked your car

A good turn up of 8 riders, & STS (4 white 1100s). We had coffee, a chat outside followed by lunch and more talking talking. Even talk of getting more bikes with intercom and UHF

as the only black 13 amongst the 11's i kinda felt like the rose amongst the thorns  :grin
were there only 4 white st 11's everywhere i looked there was a white 1100
which makes me wonder
what is the collective noun for white 1100's ?

Left the hotel in Bunbury at 6:55am and enjoyed a cold but uneventful journey to just outside Mandurah where I met up with Bloodbikes.
The scenery was spectacular on the way up as the sun was just rising and there was a full moon the night before which was still up on the other side of the road. A bit of fog in the paddocks topped it off nicely.
Too cold to stop and take a picture though ...  :fp
So Bloodbikes and I toddled up the freeway scaring cars until we got to Warnbro where I grabbed some brekky and we met the Blackduck.
Off we went again around 8:30ish to have some more fun with the traffic on the freeway ...  2 white STs staggered in the right lane amazingly helps with traffic flow as the cars seem to automatically drift back into the left lane. I think Stu was rather impressed  ....   :wht11 :wht11
Another stop at Gingers to see who we would meet there and along came Hoffy, Wombat and Peter .....
From there we continued up the highway and were joined by Brock just as we were going through Bindoon Town.
Yorkie arrived at the hotel only a few minutes after the rest of us in a blaze of light and after waiting a while for the place to open we went in for cuppas, drinks, and eventually food.

After lunch we went our seperate ways with most heading straight back to Perth but I wasn't done yet.
I managed to convince / irritate Yorkie enough to get him to agree to allow me to assist him in fitting my heated grips  :runyay
Left York at 5pm and got to test out the grips (as well as a recharged Jett Vest ...    :Blow ....
Arrived home around 6ish toasty and loving the bike even more !!!!!
Total distance 479km and loved every minute of it ..  :wht11 :wht11
