Welcome aboard.
Finding panniers is a tough call.  You might end up having to accept any colour and painting them.  It's not cheap nor easy to do.

Hi Phil and welcome to OzSTOC. I'm also just down the road from you and hope to catch up at an RTE (Ride To Eat) in the near future.
I guess many of us are wondering how you come to buy an ST without panniers. The side panniers are standard fare on the ST. Hope your search is successful sooner rather than later.

Hey good question I got offered the st through a friend of mine 2005 28000km on the clock and at a price I could afford. Owner had a slight crash and broke one of the panniers. I have a right side one with a slight crack that has been repaired. And a new after market top box. Been a little more tricky then I thought it might be finding some. Have a few options thanks to the great people on this site.

This is an idea I've been playing with for the Boreen Point RTE on Sunday the 20th.

BP North at 8:00 for 8:30 departure.  Meeting in the Northern end of the Car Park just past McDonalds.

Approx 2 hours riding time, with a Morning Tea stop at The Edge Restaurant Montville and then onto Boreen Point for lunch.
