A few of us gathered a the BP North Burpengary at 8:00 and headed off at 8:40 am.
This is the route we took with a 1 hour morning Tea Stop at the Edge Restaurant, Montville. There we met up with KiwiRider, IanB and Mrs IanB.

On IanB and Sabie's Advice we took the route shown from The Edge Restaurant.
The weather was just perfect for riding and after a bit over an hour we arrived. Our table was reserved close to the shed where they do the spit roast and was just big enough for us. A band was setting up in a wagon on the lawn, and the crowd was starting to build.
We went and paid, got one buzzer between us, and had to wait for the buzzer to go off before we could line up for the smorgasbord. :eek When the buzzer went off we lined up and each of us got an absolute plate full.

So a lot of eating and talking later, we slowly started to depart. Sabie, Shiney, Carroll and I were the last to leave.
A leisurely ride back down the highway to home.
I was pleased everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
