Title: Newbie from Byford and possibly ST1100 owner
Post by: slloyd1968 on August 03, 2014, 01:50:40 PM
Hi All

I am in the process of trying to acquire an ST1100 and  when advising the other half of my intentions, been told 'looks like you'll be moving out then". Well see....

Currently have three motorcycles:
NC700S 2012- purchased new Dec 2013, great commuter, light, manoeuvreable, and great LPG, difficult to kit up for touring;
CB500FA 2014 - purchased new Dec 2013, great commuter, light, manoeuvreable, and great LPG, difficult to kit up for touring - looking alas must sell to purchase ST1100;
CB125E - purchased Jul 2014.

Previous motorcycles owned:
Virago 250 2006
TDM900 2006
Kawasaki Vulcan VN900
Yamaha XV950
Yamaha FJR1300AE 2009
Suzuki Vstrom 650 2011 model

Part of the reason for joining the group was on the recommendation of Turtle who is currently in the middle of a border run. Heres hoping he'll get back safe and sound.

Look forward to catching up with some or all of you in the future and hopefully I can pull off the ST purchase and be part of the group.If anyone happens to live in Albany....

All the best Simon
