Yeah assuming that is not a set up, if you are stupid enough to do that you should suffer the consequences. Hopefully no innocent bystanders got hurt from falling about laughing.

It has got to be a "set-up".  No one who could tie down a vehicle would do that unless they allocated the job to someone with a room temperature IQ.

Although the buildings look like Eastern Europe...
