Could somebody from sydney could advice me on the difficulties of parking in CBD and anywhere an ST. Has sydney motobike specific parking spots or is a car space needed. If so, where and how to you secure the ticket? Like to visit sydney again but got stung last time with parking fees and think going by bike will hopefully spare this cost.
cheers
Alf

Thats no good 6am. What's the rules using carspaces with such a large mc. Tickets are not much use because someone just would take them for theyre use.
I actually have not seen to much mc trafic in sydney at all. Is there some problems with riding in sydney?

I think but not 100% sure :p some of the free park areas are time limited and :think1 others are all day.
sorry I juST dont know what 'rules' for parking in a car bay...

In Perth CBD if you park in a car bay you get fined. Really stumped the guy at City of Perth when I asked about parking my bike with trailer.

Some of the motorcycle parking are really full early on, just depends which part of the city you want to go to. Anywhere away from large office blocks tend to have spaces available. Right in the centre of town they seem to just about lean the bikes against each other they are in so tight.

What's the answer then going to sydney? Honda CBR300, slim for slip lane traffic and removable number plate for free parking?

Saaz has just put up a post you would probably find helpful ....
