Title: I brought a car?????

So after riding back from the mines in a black as black thunderstorm for 2 days I decides, I mean my wife helps me decide I should have a car to take back. Soooooo me thinks I need a Kool one, so I buys me a 97 Statesman hamburgler with the lot. Complete with a Doof Doof Sound System, complete with Subwoofers in the boot and DVD's in the headrests. Hmmm its a Supercharged V6 that at highway speeds gets better fuel economy than the wifes Mirage but when the foot goes down or its around town, all servos love me. Oh yeah, so the really funny thing is that the next job looks like being a fly in fly out (FIFO), so don't need a car. Check out the boot |-i

Good buy there. My last car was a 92 VQ statesman, and current one is a 2005 WL statesman.  Sounds like you got the optioned up one that is more like a caprice. The car has the best sound system I have ever had, and I rarely use it..go figure!

Mate no idea what kind of statesman it is except that it has the fake wood in it and everythings electric

Does the sound system come with a health warning for your hearing? Speakers like that should be in a concert hall not a car! but, hey enjoy!.

If its too Loud your too old and its a Saturday night so its, fine ladies, great company and Rockabilly. But then again, I could stay home and watch the footy replay with the slippers on :rofl :rofl :rofl
