A nice morning ride to Toodyay via Chittering and Julimar Rds, great breakfast, caught up with an old Newman work colleague who I hadn't seen for about 20 years at the ColaCafe.  A pleasant ride across the Toodyay Northam Rd to Bakers Hill to pick up some special  vego pasties for Theresa and my son. While there just had to have morning tea, a great vanilla slice, then headed home through Mundaring and down Greenmount.
That was when it got interesting. A slight touch of the brake as we turned up the ramp onto Roe Highway, accelerate to pick a gap in the traffic up the ramp and little pick up, back off the throttle and almost instant stop as we pull over. The front brake locked on, no movement on the brake lever, oh dear. Pulled the disc cover off opened the bleeder and instant brake release. Rode home trying to remember not the use the handbrake. Did so until the last set of lights but no worries and arrived home after a pleasant morning.
Tried the brake a couple of times at home worked perfectly but guess I will now be servicing the master cylinder. Another job for the list.
