 :hatwave  just down the road, I'm in  will be good to meet other ST owners.   we eat here regulary good food andl friendly bunch.,  note parking can be a problem though.

Hi all,
Count me in, it will be my first ST meet in Australia  can't wait.
I will have to go the long way round to Brooklyn just to get the bike warmed up as its only a few km,s from where I live.

I thought about going, but as I just got back from a 1400km ride to Victoria the day before, and got to bed at 2am, thought better of it. Must be getting old...Have to go there sometime as looks like a great spot   :thumbs

Sunday morning and it all looked fine outside, I left home,Picton, on time at 8.30. By the time I reached the Highway it had begun raining and it continued till about Windsor Rd exit on the M7, a little more along Pennant Hills Rd and by the time I got to the M1 it had almoST cleared completely for a dry run up to Brooklyn. Arriving at the RTE deSTination at 9.55.
I found parking then SidecarDon Cravenhaven, Shaun next was BIKERJIMBOBand Ruben then Flash and Annie arrived in the  car
We sat at a round table and waited for the coffee machine to heat up and the kitchen to open. A good time to chat with the new members and get to know a little about them, and discuss the Rally.
Fish and chips seemed the order of the day and it was good, a qiuck photo at the table  and before we all departed on our way home we went to the boat ramp to take pics that included the bikes.

 I rode home with Shaun and Ruben thru a few rain squalls, waving Shaun of near Hornsby then Ruben at the M7/M5 and I continued home to Picton.
The turnout was moSTly red and burgundy ST1100's & 1red ST1300 plus 1 black Honda, with 2 in a car.

My apologies for not attending or notifying of such; as it was my last free weekend before the slice n' dice I thought I should go up country and see a mate with MND as it will be some time before I can do so again.
Like most of you, I got the wet and dry spells today too.
I'll try to be more diligent and turn up next time 'round

It was great to meet you all this morning, nice to put a face to the name its a shame the weather wasn't a bit kinder to us but the good company made up for it.
Got to say that bike on the far right in the picture looks a beauty cos it's mine  :dred11

Was great catching up with everyone. And meeting the local guys from the central coast. Perhaps us coasties should organise a ride sometime? We would have to discuss whether to invite those unfortunate people from the south though ;-)
