I picked up one of those foil 'space blankets' and added it to my camping kit... great to wrap around the sleeping bag on those cold nights when the wicked witch of the south appears.
It's tiny, not much bigger than a pack of ciggys and fits easily into a jacket pocket. Cost between $5 & $15 depending on size, and well worth it in the cold weather.
