Title: Be careful where you stand
Post by: JuST Peter on November 22, 2014, 04:59:10 PM
Last weekend I washed the bike, and carefully removed the headlight protector, washed and rinsed it, and put it on the driveway behind me, thinking "remember it's there", so what happens! I turned around and walked straight over it.
"oh gosh, golly, darn!  :eek whatamigunnadonow!!?  :'(
Ordered a new one Sunday arvo from amhp.com.au online.
Later that evening - this is Sunday remember - I get a reply from Vicki to say my order has been dispatched. :thumbs
It arrived on Tuesday  :clap :clap :clap
The service at A.M.H.P. (Australian Motorcycle Headlight Protectors) courtesy Vicki is outstanding.
They get 10/10 from me.   ++ ++

A.M.H.P. are excellent I ordered my headlight protector from them and it turned up the very next day ++
That is when they were living at Mount Tamborine but I think they have moved further south

I took mine off.  Couldn't get the 3M thingies to stay stuck, and read about the guy who took a hammer to a headlight that was excess to his requirements and couldn't break it.  If the hit is big enough to break the headlight, a plastic protector won't make any difference.
