Title: Purchase of NEW Custom OzSTOC Jacket
Post by: ST2UP on January 28, 2015, 03:25:56 PM: This is for those members who wish to purchase a NEW custom OzSTOC Jacket through Zen Motorcycles with delivery in 2-3 months.

Your order will go in with the Re-Order of Jackets from the recent sizing issue....because of the previous problem we will only have this option to purchase open for a short period of time (1-2 weeks) so not to keep those who have already paid and waited any longer.

If you are considering a purchase in the future NOW is the time, with Custom manufacturing we are faced with a minimum order....(this previous round was 40 Jackets) so it may be considerable time before another opportunity arises to purchase one of these sensational custom club Jackets.

Can you, or the relevant member, let me know if there is an un-re-homed 2XL or 3XL in Melbourne (or Victoria)? These may not be too sweaty yet, otherwise I might need to get to Toowoomba early.

Michael, my guess is you will be looking for a 4xl like me, 2xl not a chance. Next time we catch up you can try mine on, won`t be as sweaty :grin

I tried on a 2XL at Popeye's this morning. It was only a smidge too small, would be okay when I get down to 80kg.

I'll take a 3XL if / when one's available.

I had ordered a 4XL which according to the Zen website sizing chart should have been good for my 127 chest measurement, however the 4XL labelled jacket that arrived was only good for a chest size of around 102 which equals a medium jacket according to the Zen sizing chart.

See the foto . . My yellow RJ's 4XL jacket is shown under the orange 4XL OZSTOC jacket the size difference is very obvious . .

So this jacket is completly useless to me . . So this seems almost like the original sizing mixup . . Anyone else get a 4XL from the latest round of ordering and have the same problem?

Post by: richo on May 29, 2015, 07:06:00 PM: Got my " revised new jacket" today. As a 5xl it is still smaller than my current 2 xl jacket but I can fit in it unlike the first one. My doctor has said I am 8 inches to short for my weight so if I can get back a couple of kilos it will be ok. I would describe is as a snug fit, especially across the shoulders. I think the perfect gift for the manufacturer would be a tape measure and a calendar as they seem to struggle with the concept of time and measures. Thanks to Mark for staying on top of this and everyone involved in the process. The idea behind the jacket and the in country organisation was exceptional.

So for me 4 sizes up was what I needed :eek
