Title: National Rally Saturday Ride

Hi everybody

Just wanted to everyone know what is planned for Saturday. have planned a social/ride through country Darling Downs that will go something like this.

  9.00 am riders brief at caravan park
  9.30 am sharp depart park for a 30min ride to historic venue for smoko  (the scones are to kill for) 
 11.30 am depart smoko venue  45min ride to another historic destination for lunch
  2.30 pm depart lunch venue   60min ride back to caravan park

   Departing at 9.30 am is firm . after that times may alter depending on the day

And they are good scones to, were still warm from the oven......the venue will remain undisclosed, but surfice to say if you have a thing for early Aussie Agricultural history its a ripper of a location :eat

We rode the route with PC and Wildrose.....great country side  :thumbsup

working with caterers finalizing things   they have asked if anybody has any special diet requirements they will do there best to accommodate.

A gluten free option on the smoko & lunch menus would be great.

Some lactose free milk for our coffees would also be welcomed, but not as vital.

Hey Lionel,

Yup, but they will have to be made with GF flour.

We usually carry our own GF snacks (e.g. fruit, nut & seed bars), so no biggie if GF scones aren't doable.

John all over it like a fat kid on a cup cake     gluten free scone,s & muffins are already in the pipe line for smoko and there some gluten free in the lunch menue  I will see what else they can do I will enquire about the cow juice

Theresa is a vegetarian, given our numbers I would be surprised if she is the only one.

No wurries Glen all over that one as well .      Lunch menu
 butt I will also talk to them about it
    maybe some quiche's                                  -fruit platter

                                                                        -small nibbles of seafood, spring rolls, samosas type food platters

                                                                         -sausage rolls/pies platters

                                                                          -sandwich platter
