Title: Well priced New Riding Jeans
Post by: ST2UP on March 03, 2015, 09:44:04 AM
Just layed down some coin on another pair of riding Jeans....I have a pair of Hornee Jeans that are becoming a little worn and baggy, they were a $250 pair of Jeans that needed considerable adjustments to fit correctly.

I generally ride in Rev'it Textile pants but wanted jeans for those rides that you spend more time off the bike than on it when in riding gear, so didn't wish to spen big $$ for occasional use....

Some research located Finn Moto in NSW  http://finnmoto.com.au/. (http://finnmoto.com.au/.)  Matt has had the opportunity to have an input into the manufacturing process of these Jeans .

The selling point for me was Kevlar through ALL the garment not just the usual impact zones of Bum, knees, hips etc.....the Jeans also have removable CE rated armour at the knee's (I removed and added some Knox armour I have). The Jeans are very well made and are more Jeans like in appearance than many other brands that have stitching all over the jeans to hold the Kevlar in place.....these also have a mesh lining between you and the kevlar to prevent chaffing from the Kevlar.

And all this sets you back $159 delivered  :like

First impression and ride.....very soft, look like normal Jeans, perfect fit of my boyish figure (38)  :p

They are available in average and long leg lengths.

They were a great find.

There were lots of ladies jeans but only small sizes which I would have needed 2 pairs for. One to get on each leg lol

Ah Johnny, if I had only known I would have asked you to buy a size 28 pair for me as my kevlars are fraying at the cuffs.

and...  what exactly were you going to do with them?  Use the legs for sleeves on a denim jacket?
