In five weeks I'll be getting on board the big silver budgie and winging off home to NZ. I'm 67 now, so am retiring to somewhere that has corners in the roads (sorry those from Victoria and Tassie)
I've had Norma Jean into the shop for a RWC, and they said the front tire was down below the limit, so she has a new front tire and a four month old tire on the back, Angel GTs. 140,000 km service done, new Gates T325 timing belt fitted. 2000 ex Police model (first registered 2002?), white, Police speedo with 2 km increments, Police switches on the bars and Police wiring loom coiled up under the seat. Fixed after market 29L top box, under mirror spotlights, spot light switch and power adapter in the LH fairing pocket. "Screensforbikes" 80 mm higher, unvented, clear wind screen fitted.
I'll miss her. But someone from OSTOC can have her for $3200.

Another bargain going begging.
ST11s like this have been fetching $5K in recent times.
This one obviously is in good nick with useful farkles.

Great price for such a nice bike.
So now instead of calling into Mackay on the Eungella FarRide, now have to plan getting to NZ :think1 at a bit later date

Which part of Aotearoa?
My brother lives in Waiuku.

We have an apartment in the CBD in Auckland, we've been renting it out but are now going to renovate it and either sell it or rent it again. In the mean time we'll move in there with our son. I fancy a bit of down town living, but won't have anywhere to park a bike.
Waiuku, nice place, little village feel but relatively close to the big smoke.

Cool.
the Countryside there reminded me of my home town of Kyogle, in Northern NSW.
You'll have to find some where to store a bike (friends place) there are too many great roads over there. :grin
