Title: screen wind deflector???
Post by: spanner on March 27, 2015, 03:36:55 PM
At the rally I saw a few bikes that had a funky little extra screen thingy which was attached to the main screen to give a personalized screen height.

Who were those people and where did they get them and what were they called??

I neeeeeeeeed to know!   :popcorn

While my ST1100 ws not there, I have been using a Laminar Lip for years. It smoothes out the air flow and makes the standard screen work better. I prefer it to running a taller screen.

Yep, one of them was me.

from a previous post here

I have had a Laminar lip on both the 1100 and the 1300. I find that they work well.
