Title: This is fun, Number 1 song the day you were born...
Post by: JuST Peter on April 03, 2015, 11:38:05 AM
This one's a fun keeper.  It plays the song that was  Number One on the day you were born.
And, if there is a  video available with the artist, it will play it for you.
This is really a fun site. Enjoy the  show.

I get stuck with "Rock Around the Clock" by Bill Haley. It could have been worse, could have been Elvis

No videos for me either (we did not have a TV until later in primary school, so that's probably why no videos)

Birth, The Purple People Eater by Sheb Wooley, so even worse than Elvis (one of my brothers in law is a mad Elvis fan, has all the original vinyl when it was released, and a Collingwood supporter to boot, so I can say this)

Conception supposedly Honeycomb by Jimmie Rodgers, but the local radio would not have played something that racy.
