Title: Fitted some new lights yesterday
Post by: Streak on May 10, 2015, 08:37:07 PM
Well I have been wanting to add a couple of spot LEDS to go with my floods, so after chatting with one of the Local LED light suppliers here in Toowoomba (https://www.facebook.com/dinoexpansion (https://www.facebook.com/dinoexpansion)) I went with the Cree Transformer Spot Lights

Type: Transformers 3000-Lumen Cree Motorcycle Driving light
Features:

•   Waterproof,dust-proof, rust-proof, anti-collision, anti-corruption, spot beam for extreme conditions.
•   3 build-in modes operations(high Beam, low Beam, Flashing).
•   Extremely bright even in day light.
•   Long range focused beam allows you see far way or through the darks.

Technical Parameters:

•    Light Power:125W
•   Quantity:1pc
•    Color: Black, Gold, Silver, or Blue
•    Actual power:15W
•    Light function:upper beam, low beam, flash
•   Environment Temperature: -40---40 degree centigrade
•   Flux:3000LMW
•    Led color temperature: 6000k-7000k
•    Input Voltage:12V-80V DC
•   Material:strengthening aluminum alloy
•    Range:200 meters

I am pretty happy with the result so far, have not had it on the open road, just out the driveway down my street, looking forward to giving it a proper test on the Eungenlla FarRide at the end of the month.

(and yes I know I have a blown left hand bulb before any of you decide to point it out...not that you would....)
