Ok the game is simple. Put your ST near a place or landmark. Take a pic and post it here. The first person to guess where the location is (after confirmation from the original poster) gets to have a turn.
I will kick us off.

Emu Downs Wind Farm
Pictured above, the spectacular Emu Downs Wind Farm about 30 kilometres east of Cervantes consists of 48 wind turbines producing up to 80 megawatts of power. The $180 million wind farm, which has been in operation since 2006, supplies much of the power to Perth's desalination plant at Kwinana.
Whew, that gave Google a flogging!!

Thats how i picked Echo point without ever being there

Seems Kev went to sleep on this one. Let us see if anyone can pick this location?

Hmmm, could be right about the high piece of ground!!
More like a roadside stop than a car park, .... and there isn't a car in sight!!

It's the Woolies carpark at Karumba up in the Gulf......... >:()

How about the other end of the country?
It is about 2-300 km south of this place

-
Somewhere around the second photo, yes!

I'll play.
I have stopped here heaps of times in my near 40years on the road. Always for the same reason?? a P*** or a D**P. The stops the same just a different State or territory. But I'm sure a few here know the spot well.
God I love Australia
