Here is something I have not come across before. Also can lock ram mount

No experience with it but looks ok

Looks simpler than the expensive Touratech mount I have, and the Kapplocks are smaller and neater than the genuine RAM locks. Better value if they work.

Tour tech gets rid of more vibration? Does that bit work?

I think so John, but I've never used it without the Touratech mount, so I guess I've just taken the lack of vibrations for granted! That makes be feel better about paying top dollar for it!

The barrel on the lock of my Touratech comes out with the key.  I wrote to them about it and they sent out a new barrel, but unfortunately it's the wrong one. Maybe if I took it to a locksmith he could fix it, but there's no way I'm taking it off the bike.  It's a hassle threading the thick cable through under the tank.
I do think it's a good mount for absorbing any vibration.

I use one of these, they are a very good bit of kit :thumb
