Title: The Barn & Scotty's Garage on Flagstone Creek Rd. QLD
Post by: LeaST4Me on July 27, 2015, 08:07:35 PM: I don't know if this has been discussed previously or if an RTE has been held there but I went for a ride out to the Barn on Flagstone Creek Road just down the hill from Toowoomba on Saturday & reckon if it has not been done this would be a good spot for a SE Qld RTE. Scotty showed us around his garage sharing the history of the items within which for an old rev head like me was great. The only downside was that I had to share the experience with a BMW club not OZSTOC!

I would def be a participant in this RTE - so should we name a date?

I've also thought of Petrie Country Markets or Brunswick Heads Hotel for Sep.

I could push my bike that far, it's only 5 minutes down the road from Toowoomba :grin

Due to commitments at work I couldn't get time off before the 19th to ride to Balranald but we both have the week off after so if we go to the Barn we may then head off via Crows Nest to Kingaroy then maybe Yeppoon or perhaps Cape Hillsborough? Will see what the mood & weather is like at the time?
