Title: wanted st1300 passenger seat
Post by: bear122 on August 12, 2015, 03:28:44 PM
Hi everyone,
I have gathered all the bits to convert my st1300p to be able to carry a passenger except the seat itself. Does anyone have a passenger seat that they want to sell me before I go and buy a new one from a dealer ?

thanks

That'd be me  :grin

Simons already contacted me about this, and unfortunately, I just need to hang on to my last std pillion seat until my pillion gives the modified Sargent and AirHawk combo a big  ++ after a long ride! If *she* doesn't, the next step will be a RDL, but at  least we will have tried just about every seat possible. If a RDL is a future option, then I'll be flooding the ST1300 seat market with my Corbin Long, an MJM modified Sargent, and a standard ST set  :H

But I'm not going to put the mocca on myself just yet....

I think RDL should start paying me commission......a lazy 10% seams fare, naturally stock options, use of the company Lear jet and the keys to their Penthouse suite in Morroco.  :think1

Shiney and Marcus may have a spare seat ?

Cheers

Now that Mrs W and I have a Russell Day Long seat, I have a standard seat (front and rear) for the ST1300 that I'm not using, but it's not for sale.

It is however available for a loan, if that's what's needed until you can get yourself a seat permanently.  Not sure where you are located bear122, but postage and handling (both ways from St Helena 3088) may make it uneconomical for a loan, or I'm not sure if a ride is out of the question.  Either way, let me know.

Offer available to others also, on a first-in-best-dressed basis.
