Where to Buy/Source section
« on: October 23, 2015, 03:15:21 PM »
Just a thought should we or do we have one already a section on where to buy different ST items ie seat covers, headlight protectors accessories in general.
As the ST's age I can only assume accessories replacement or otherwise will become increasingly more difficult to source.
As a social group that has the ST its main focus is this something OzSToc could have readily available from the gear shop.
Cheers Brian

That is just something we don't have the cash flow to achieve Brian, we would need to purchase in such small quantities that we would be paying retail to then resell on at even a measly profit would still have you buying better elsewhere after researching the item .....then there is storage, postage bla blah blah.....we could provide a reasonable service but it would come at a personal and financial cost to OzSToc and a few key players.

Thanks for the thought  :-++

Links, word of mouth and posting to fellow members here on the forum when you trip over a good deal is still the best avenue I believe  :think1

I thought Brian was referring to a board on the forum where you could have links to suppliers for known regular parts.

Seat suppliers
Headlight suppliers
Engine parts
Forks
Etc

Rather than trawling through all the posts to find that jewel.

Cheers,
Gary
