state of the roads

im planing a trip from brisbane, moree, dubbo,west wylong, tomora, wagga. then wagga, newcastle (dont know what way yet). newcaslte back to brissy then maybe bundy and back.

the question is can anyone tell me if the roads are safe enought for bike AND trailer two up of course or would car be better after all the flood damage

Ya, forget flood damage, that's easily avoided...it's the 100's of flamin' trucks carrying grain that's stuffed up most of the Olympic Way >:(...I found the back roads a far more better proposition en-route and return from Blackheath via Grenfell last month :thumb

...I found the odd 'cocky' towing his un marked 20 meter rake up the road behind the ol' grey 'fergie' far easier to avoid and go around than most of the holes in NSW major highways :o
