Dirty visor

Is there any way to polish up a clear visor or is it best st just to buy a new one ?

I regularly clean mine with warm water and detergent, and then use "Mr Sheen" to remove streaks and water marks, but if it's scratched my advice would be to replace it.

I must add that I have never tried polishing, but you might try a very fine car polish on a small patch that you don't look through near the hinge, to see how it works out, before tackling the front surface.
