STrangers Boxing day not so far ride

 :dred11
boxing day blues I decided to go out for a ride, I didnt go far really, I left home heading south on back roads and at Bargo decided I'd follow the road out to Avon Dam,,

I meet a lady who was on her very first ride on her bike 500cc learner legal  and we chatted for about 30 mins about riding skills,,
Very darkclouds came over so she decided to go before the rain hit.. I then took the pic above and this one of her leaving..

I rode home thru Pheasant NeST and found a new route, was lost for a few seconds before I realised where I came back out onto Remembrance Dr Tarmoor when the  heavens above opened and it pissed down amoST all the way back home, I was drenched to the bone, but it cooled me down from the hot day we were having...
wasnt a long ride but it was fun,,  :grin

Just proves that it is not the distance traveled, nor the inclement or otherwise weather, that makes the ride and the rider worthy.  :thumb

Unfortunately for me, both the weather and my own health have not been conducive for a ride over the past few days.
