Interesting isnt it, a forum which on the surface appears to purport to vertues of Honda ST1100 yet when you delve into the threads it has a large proportion of tales that go out they way in under mining that ethos. This being one of them.
What exactly is wrong with the owner asking $10k for a bike that may well, apart from tyres and fuel replacement and prescribed routine maintenance, be capable of being continually ridden around Austalia for the next 90,000kms?
Bit sad I think where I got buyers jumping over themselves to purchase a 1940's Villiers 2-stroke 125cc bike that didnt go from me for $4k, which is about on par with what a lot of contributors to this forum believe is good value for their investments resale which, presumable does go.
I also echo what others have tried to say, that there are significant and noticable improvements on the above cited advertised ST1100A, to all the others (police spec bike included), that came before it.
Just a thought,
Cheers the can :-)
