While I understand the anger and wish for retribution (guess I'm lucky it wasn't my bike!!!) you really have to wonder about what's going on in someone's head when their highlight of the day is pushing over a motorcycle.  Be careful, they might start lighting fires next......

It's a f**ked system where the dregs of society are allowed by the courts to escape punishment for their criminal acts.  Queensland (and probably the rest of Australia) must be the best place in the world to be a criminal.

That's a fair bit of damage!  Our bikes are very vulnerable.  Low life like him usually get their thrills "keying" cars.  The scratches cost a lot to rectify, but don't look as bad as broken mirror covers and bent body panels. 
As Pete says, the trend in juvenile misbehaviour is a worry.  Too many kids of dropkick parents who will go on to breed worse copies of themselves.

Unfortunately it's not always the family's fault.  My (disowned) adopted brother delighted in "borrowing" cars, lighting fires, breaking and entering etc, all starting from when he was 13.  Unfortunately it wasn't the dropkick parents who adopted him (and were financially liable for his damages), but the genetics that were responsible.  He had foetal alcohol syndrome, ADHD, schizophrenia etc etc etc.

I feel for you Shiney.

The (then 15 y/o) turd who tipped my bike over a day before I was travelling to far north Queensland in Dec 2011 was put away late last year.
Finally fronted real court, instead of Koori juvi court ... He is serving 7 years without parole for rape of his (ex) friends mother.

This is the same kid who egged my house for over 6 years, despite me moving house 3 times, because he didn't like my ex partners son at school.
