Like he says, you gotta go waay over the speed limit before you'll see it.  The ST13 is a very stable bike, and I've only seen the slightest hint of it, but it too a fair bit of throttle.  I believe the UK Police experience was at 150 mph, in their configuration.  I've had a fair load in both panniers and top box and not experienced it, but I haven't been at 240 kph either.

Yes. You'd have to have big cohunas to think "I'll just apply more throttle and ride through this!"
