leaky jacket

over time all my jackets leak in the left arm, no matter what brand. i get a water leak on the inside of the left elbow, which makes a puddle on the funny bone of the arm. Proves annoying when the arm is straightened and it runs down to the glove. Now my club jacket is doing the same. Proven by removing liner and setting up in jig to pour water into sleeve. so can anyone recomend a tape of sorts or something to fix.

Try some Dubbin (or equivalent from another manufacturer), a medium stiffness brush and elbow grease.  Apply liberally, push the wax into the seams or other areas of the cordura fabric (what the OzSTOC outer layer is), wipe off excess.   

This has worked for me, even used good old black Kiwi nugget on the boots, and on the crotch of my cordura riding pants.  The latter was when I learned to thoroughly wipe off the excess, this was when I sat on the (formerly good) beige fabric sofa in the "good" room.  Helen was Not Happy Jan.
