doesn't appear to be any different to other crimpers, 4 small crimps instead of 1 larger

So at what age does this "old enough to know better" kick in?

This is a wire ferule (like the end of boot laces) crimper. For the price its not bad. the crimper can be close to 100$ in elec stores.  Training simulators I used to work on had these terminals going to relays and power control devices.

For the STs and bikes in general, they arent of much use, as ring terminals or plug pins are used. Different crimping tools need for those.

Note, the link posted is just for the terminals, This is for terminals and tool..  Prices are US$

I did a bit of searching and found this unit available at Sydney Tools. I did buy one as I have a use for it, and it works well. The price is inline with the one available on the interweb, but you can have it now.. By the way, Sydney tools gave me a bit of a discount, got it for $55
